Haywood Community College Safety & Security Department prepares these reports in compliance
with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistic Act
(Clery Act). These reports are designed to provide you with important information
about your safety and security by providing you with statistics about crime that occurs
on campus. These statistics include crimes reported to Campus Security Department,
Student Services, and crime information requested from local law enforcement agencies
in reference to crimes committed near our campus and non-campus properties that are
reported directly to other law enforcement agencies.
