Electrical Lineworker Training
51ÁÔÆæ Electrical Lineworker Training helps you prepare for success as a power distribution professional.
Program Information
This new 51ÁÔÆæ course will teach you the fundamentals to start a rewarding career
as an Electrical Lineworker in the power distribution industry.
In 14 weeks, you will learn to safely climb utility poles and perform entry-level
line construction. This course emphasizes workplace safety and covers basic electrical
theory, industry-standard tools, powerline components and materials, pole setting,
career readiness, and more. Each day, you will gain foundational knowledge while refining
your skills through continuous hands-on practice.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will have earned your Basic Life Support
(BLS) and OSHA-10 certifications and tested for the Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Learner’s Permit. With that permit, you can choose to enroll in 51ÁÔÆæ Truck Driver Training
to work toward earning your Class A CDL. (Holding a CDL can improve hireability and
increase your starting hourly wage as a Lineworker.)
